Jamberry Sanatoga Grand Opening Event

On July 16th, 2016, Liberty Thrift & Home Furnishings will be opening a new store in Sanatoga, PA.  At the Grand Opening, Amanda Ehst, an Independent Consultant with Jamberry, will be partnering with us for “Women Helping Women”, a fundraiser for Ann’s House.

What is Ann’s House?  At Liberty, we believe in second chances not just for people’s stuff – but also for people’s lives.  Since 1980, Liberty Ministries has existed to provide grace, hope, and regeneration for the imprisoned and recently released.  Liberty Ministries currently has Liberty House, a dormitory style residence for men who have been recently released from prison.  The men enroll into a twelve month educational and discipleship program to help re-integrate them back into society.  During the program, the men work at our thrift stores to learn important lessons about the work force.  The program also teaches key skills that help prepare them for life after Liberty.  Over the past few years, we have been working towards a similar dormitory style program for women.

Jamberry was founded by three sisters after a slow and expensive visit to a salon.  They created a line of DIY nail wraps, made with durable materials so that smudges and streaks are not an issue.  They can last two weeks on fingernails and four weeks on toes, and there are hundreds of different designs available.

We will be hosting three sessions with Amanda Ehst, an Independent Consultant with Jamberry, at our Sanatoga location during our grand opening event. Each session will have a $15 entry fee, payable by cash only.  That fee includes the following:

–          $2 directly donated to Ann’s House

–          A sheet of nail wrap that includes 2 manicures and 2 pedicures

–          Samples

–          A raffle ticket – Jamberry items will be raffled off during the sessions and at the end of the day

–          The opportunity to buy more raffle tickets for $2 (which will go completely towards Ann’s House)

You can purchase more items that day or you can purchase them after the event.  25% of all sales from Amanda’s website indicated for Ann’s House will be donated to this fund.  To benefit Ann’s House, you have to buy the items within a month of the event. To purchase them on the website, you can go to amandaehst.jamberry.com for your shopping.  Again, please let Amanda know you would like your purchase to benefit Ann’s House.

We would love to raise $1,000 for Ann’s House at this event.  Space is limited!  There are 20 spots available per session, and anyone over the age of 10 needs to register.  Girls under 10 are free with an accompanied, registered adult. The sessions are at 9:30 am, 11:30 am, and 1:30 pm and each of the sessions last 1 ½ hours.  Sign up today!

If you’d like to attend the event, register here!
