Manager
Has been at Liberty since July 2009. Mike comes to Liberty after having worked for 6 years in the high-end furniture industry and has taught English both internationally and locally. Outside of work, he enjoys a myriad of outdoor activities such as kayaking, mountain biking, and hiking. He also loves spending time with his wife and daughter. Mike and his family are involved with Renew: a Jesus-loving-faith-community in Lansdale, Pa that seeks to renew the community both in spirit and in service. One of the things that Mike likes about being involved with Liberty is that it is "a rare opportunity when you can combine ministry and employment by running a viable business, doing it well, and using that opportunity to be Jesus-ish to everyone that walks through the front door."
Assistant Manager
Krista recently started with Liberty Thrift & Home Furnishings in December 2012. She comes to Liberty after working the past 2 years as Assistant Manager of the Care & Share Thrift Outlet in Souderton. When not working in the Quakertown Store, Krista enjoys many different outdoor activities including camping, hiking, and going on hot air balloon rides. She attends Grace United Methodist Church in Telford. "I feel blessed to be able to share my customer service talents and faith with so many at my place of work," says Krista of her new position at Liberty. "The perfect job for me is being able to shine God's love to all the people I meet through my recycling efforts and also by creating a positive shopping experience. I love turning one person's trash into another's treasure, and being able to help customers find new treasures each day is awesome!" |
